The Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi has expressed deep condolences over the car blast near the Red Fort in the Indian capital that left 8 people dead and injured on Monday.
In a statement, the High Commissioner and staff extended heartfelt sympathy to the victims and their families.
“Our earnest thoughts and prayers remain with all those impacted, including their families. Bangladesh stands by India at this distressful hour,” the High Commission said in a statement.
The explosion occurred near the historic monument, prompting heightened security across New Delhi as authorities investigated the cause.
